Gordon Wayman is a contractual consultant, public speaker and published author. He worked as a manager for the Illinois Secretary of State for over 30 years. He has worked as a contractual consultant for the State of Illinois and the U.S. Department of Commerce. Gordon resides in Springfield, Illinois and Naples, Florida. He is married to Charlotte Wayman. They have one daughter, Amanda Wayman who is a Marketing Data Analyst at 
Anders CPAs & Advisors in St. Louis, Missouri.
Gordon is the son of Jack and Helen Wayman and was raised in Benton, Illinois. He attended Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois and graduated with a B.A. Degree in Political Science with a minor in Speech Communications.
He is an active Christian and attends Real Life Church in Springfield, Illinois and the First Baptist Church in Naples, Florida. He believes that the most important thing in our lives is our relationship with Jesus Christ. Through him we can live in peace and have eternal life. Without Him, our life has no meaning or hope.
